A 30% deposit is due within 3 business days of signing the booking agreement. The remaining 70% is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made 60 days or less before arrival require full payment at booking.
Free cancellation is available within 48 hours of booking confirmation if arrival is at least 14 days away. After that window, the deposit is retained for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival; at 60 days or less, the full rental price applies, including no-shows and early departures.
A separate refundable security deposit may be required before arrival. The amount, holder, return deadline and documented damage procedure are stated in the booking agreement. It is returned after inspection, less any documented damage beyond normal wear.
Private airport or port transfers can be requested for your stay. Availability, vehicle type, pricing, and whether a transfer is included will be confirmed in your written proposal before booking.
We can assist with selected services such as transfers, dining, boat trips, and local experiences on request. All arrangements are subject to partner availability and are confirmed separately in writing.
